Cancellation Prior to Shipment:
- You can cancel your order before it ships from our warehouse by emailing us at sales@nhpborneo.com
- A full refund will be initiated if the cancellation request is received within 12 hours of order submission
Return Policy:
- Goods are non-refundable, except for failed delivery, wrong delivery, or damaged goods during delivery
- Eligible items for return must be purchased directly from sales@nhpborneo.com Online Store
- Items purchased through other retailers must follow their respective returns and refunds policy
- Goods can be returned if they are incorrect or damaged upon receipt
- Returned items must be shipped back within 7 working days, with proof of purchase and in new condition with original packaging
- Change of order and cancellation are not permitted once payment is confirmed
- We reserve the right to reject any unfit or unreasonable cancellation or refund requests
Refund Policy:

- Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method
- Online bank transfer refunds will be credited to your bank account within 3-5 working days

- We only ship to addresses provided in the billing or shipment address during purchase
- Please provide correct and reachable addresses, as we do not ship to P.O. Boxes
- We are not liable for returns due to incorrect shipping addresses
- Additional shipping charges apply for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses
- Request for change in shipping address must be made within 12 hours of order submission
- Tracking numbers will be provided once the package is picked up by our shipping partner
- Communication regarding delivery will be via email/mobile app/sms
- Non-tangible products or services will be confirmed via email/mobile app/sms
