Getting Started: Online Store
Overview
Shopping at NHPBorneo.Com is easy. Just simply follow the directions
provided and you will be on your way to purchase items from
our site in no time. The following is an overview of how our site will process your
order.
The 1st Step is selecting
a product category. Please select the appropriate category
and click on a particular product available for sale to find out
more details.
The 2nd Step
is to shortlist products into your shopping cart. Please note that
you can change and delete the product before you proceed to check
out.
The 3rd Step
is confirming your orders by checking out and you will be required
to enter the billing and shipping information. Please note we only
accepts the English characters and please DO NOT use other
languages.
The 4th Step is
making payment of your
products, depending on the shipping rate and shipping zone, your
will be
taken to our SSL payment gateway and key in your credit card
details. Please note we use SSL Verisign Payment and we
DO NOT store your credit card details.
The
5th Step is a confirmation by
our company of the receipt of you payment and order. Upon
confirmation of your order, an automated email with your order
reference ID Number together with an Access Code. Another email will be sent once we have processed
your order followed by another email notification once your
order is shipped.
The
Final Step is checking your order status and tracking your
package shipment status in real time by logging into our order
status area of our site with your Reference ID and Access Code.

Adding Items Into Your Shopping Cart

To view items in
your shopping cart, click the view cart icon. You can
add, delete or change the quantity of items in your shopping
cart. Once you are satisfied with your order, click
to update your shopping cart click
to
continue shopping. Please click
to
proceed to check out and complete your order. Click on thumb

You will then be
required to enter the Billing information of your order. If
your shipping information is different, key in the appropriate
information. If shipping information is the same, then
checked the box. Please click on
to check if your address is under remote area. Click on

to confirming your billing and shipping information. Click on

Confirming your
Billing and Shipping Information details will show items that
you have ordered, the total weight, the shipping zone and the
shipping rates. Please click the
to confirm your order. |

A confirmation of order
email will be sent to
your email address. You
are advised to print
this page for
reference. To check
your order status from

and key in your Order
Reference No. and Your
Access Code to Log in.
Within 24 hrs you will
also receive a
confirmation email from
us to proceed to payment

Upon
confirmation of availability, you need to log in "Order
Status" and you can pay for the
products and services
selected by clicking on the
button. You will be taken to a secured 128 bit encrypted (SSL) page provided
by i-Merchant Services operated by IBIZ Solutions, Inc. at
Verisign where you will be asked to enter your credit card number
and expiry date. Your card will be billed under "IBIZ Solutions,

Checking and Tracking Your Order
Status

From any page in
online store click on
the "order status" icon at the main menu bar of the
page to enter the customer login page. Your will be
required to enter your Order Reference ID and Access
Code which our system has auto generated in your email
confirmation. Click on thumb nail at left for larger view. |

Once you are log
on, you will be able to view the status of your order.
The order status field will read "Payment Pending"
before our staff has processed your order. Once
processed, your payment status will show an online
verification number eg "VQNE123274945" and your Order status
will changed to "Pending Shipment". If you order
is shipped, your order status will read "Shipped" If
your order status is shipped, a DHL Airway Bill No. or
Tracking Number will appear and please click on the "Track
Order" icon to view the status of your shipment.

If you have a
tracking number, a detailed log of shipping of your package
will be shown. Please acknowledge receipt of your
package when the product is delivered to your address and DHL
